When a device demands more current than the source device can supply, this will result in a voltage drop and subsequently a reduction in video quality. This USB Powered HDMI Voltage Inserter overcomes this problem by isolating the power from the source device and providing 5 volts and 1 amp of dedicated power to give a crisp, clean signal for high definition video up to a resolution of 1080p.
